Legal report released by Mexus attorney

LEGAL REPORT

Hermosillo, Sonora, September 11th, 2018

The Mining Project “Santa Elena” located in Caborca, Mexico is a priority to Mexus Gold Mining SA de CV and as reactivation of operations moves forward it is important to relay the following information.
Acting as counsel for Mexus, I have placed several legal actions against Marmar Holdings SA de CV in federal court. In addition, it should be made clear that the ownership of the mining concessions at the project have always been the possession of Mexus Gold Mining SA de CV. In addition, the existence of a lease agreement for the ranch, which was signed in 2011, is active and exclusively held by Mexus Gold Mining SA de CV.
Any agreement signed afterwards and without Mexus’ consent would be void. Several clauses included in the Joint Agreement with Marmar Holdings SA de CV have been broken resulting in our right to dissolve said agreement. Marmar has acted illegally and fraudulently since the initial agreement with Mexus was made. Mexus has complied with the contract in the breaking of the MarMar JV which has been notarized both in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico and in Sonora. The presence of any Marmar representatives at the mine site is an act of trespassing.
Respectfully

Lic. David Ulises Franco Armendariz
Head of the Legal Department
Mexus Gold Mining SA de CV
Mexico.
